The ATC Device is a Torque Block with an 18mm diameter pin fastened to the OD
of the speeder. The pin engages an 18mm diameter bore in the stop block when
changed into the spindle with the machine's ATC unit. This assembly prevents
the OD of the speeder from spinning with the spindle and provides reliable,
repeatable positioning of the unit during automatic tool changing.
