Electrical Heater Wiring: to one contactor with safety vapor cutout, low level cutout and high tempe

Automatic Handling System SCH-2 hoist, completely electric powered w/ all control wiring installed.
Variable times for immersion times in ultrasonic tank and variable time for SRT time. Controlled by
GE Programmable controller (touch screen) and operator’s visual control panel
Solvent: Trichloroethylene
SRT System: Finishing Equipment’s exclusive SRT System (super heat) to eliminate or minimize dr
g out. Electrically heated system.
Exhaust: exhaust blower installed. Load and unload area only is exhausted. Exhaust amount is 800 C
M.
Ultrasonics 4000 watts, zero spaced magnetostrictive ultrasonics, which do not age fall off or fail,
with solid state generator. Installed in ultrasonic tank bottom and one side. Ultrasonics have a v
riable power control.
Filters: s/s bag type filters w/ s/s valves and pumps installed on the ultrasonic sump and the offse
boiling sump.
