* Machine will be crated by RP Machine at no additional cost for over sea's shipment
Runoff Criteria:
* RP Machine agrees to cut 200 parts #7556013250 and 200 parts #7556013650 to 100%f part specificati
n for machine run off the week of Oct. 18th 2010. AAPICO will provide part fixturing supplied by GRT
3 cutters, cutting feed and speed parameters, part gauging. RP Machine has CNC Gear Measuring in ho
se and will provided Lead, Profile, and Spacing charts for 3 parts.
Installation and Training:
* The customer is responsible for machine foundation, rigging machine in place and supplies all hook
ups to power, air, and water. The factory service engineer completes installation with customer supp
ied assistance.
Training for operators to be supplied for 5 days in customer's plant.
If machine is to be installed outside of USA travel expenses are not included.
Warranty:
* One (2) Year Warranty on Parts and Labor only. RP Machine will supply warranty service technician
o Thailand expense's paid for one year at no hourly rate.
* Fanuc Controls, motors, and drives are supported with a two (2) year Mfg. part warranty
Validity:
* This quotation is valid for 30 days and subject to availability
