Crown:
Visual Inspection of gear tooth wear and antifriction bearing
conditions
Full Inspection of Clutch & Brake
Compete Teardown and Inspection of Flywheel All repairs Made
Checked Conditions & Repair of all Gears, Linkages, Bore
Information and Keyways
Check & Repair of Eccentric Lobes and Connecting Arm Bushings
Check Lower Connections, Wrist Pins, Bushing
Cleaning of Crown Interior
All Components out of Tolerance or in Excess of Acceptable Wear,
were Replaced, Repaired or Modified to Achieve Industry Standards

Note: All Ram Re-work was Performed by Danly Press
All Components Cleaned and Inspected
All Components were checked with Die Penetrate for Cracks
All Parts were Inspected to meet Original Danly Specs. Any that
did not were Replaced
All Shafts and Screws were put on a lathe and Checked for
Straightness and Concentricity
Lift Check on Ram Adjust Threads
Complete Rebuild of Hydraulic Overloads with replacing of all
seals and Rings
Purchased, Machined, T-Slotted, Drilled and Tapped and Installed
Counter Balances
Work Performed by Danly Press
All (3) Counterbalances were Completely Disassembled and
Inspected by Danly
The ID was Machine Honed to remove any scoring and the OD of the
Piston Center was turned on the Lathe
All Packing, Fiber Wear Rings and Seals were Replaced
Spot Chromed where Necessary
Air Tanks
All (3) Air Receptacles were Thickness Checked, Crack Checked,
Rust Wear Checked and Approved by TSSA
New Victaulic Piping was Piped to Counterbalances
Rolling Bolster
All Hydraulic Cylinders were inspected and Seals replaced
All Electrical was Replaced with New
Tie Rod & Nuts turned on the Lathe
The Tie Rods were Cleaned and Inspected for Damaged
The Hydraulic Tie Rod Nuts were Given New Seals
